Persistently promote the establishment of grassroots trade unions
On June 2nd, Dien Hong Ward Trade Union organized a Conference to announce the decision to establish 8 grassroots trade unions, practically celebrating the 14th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union, term 2026-2031.

At the conference, Dien Hong Ward Trade Union announced decisions to admit 318 new trade union members and establish 8 grassroots trade unions, including: Thai Son Tay Nguyen Trading - Service Co., Ltd.; Hoang Minh Duc Gia Lai Co., Ltd.; BYF International Training and Study Abroad Service Co., Ltd.; Nghia Tin An Insurance Trading and Service Joint Stock Company; Gia Lai Provincial Land Registration Office - Pleiku Branch; Dien Hong Ward Management Board; Dien Phu Trade Center and Industrial Cluster Development Center Management Board.
This is the result of propaganda and mobilization of workers to participate in trade union organizations, contributing to expanding the grassroots trade union network in the ward.
Representatives of leaders of units and businesses with newly established grassroots trade unions expressed their desire for the Executive Committee of grassroots trade unions to soon stabilize the organization, build practical operating programs, promote the role of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.

Speaking at the conference, Ms. Chau Hong Nhi - Chairwoman of Dien Hong Ward Trade Union said that the admission of union members and the establishment of grassroots trade unions is the result of the peak period of union member development and the establishment of grassroots trade unions to respond to Workers' Month 2026.

The conference is an important milestone in the work of developing union members and establishing trade union organizations in the ward, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in agencies, units, and businesses.
