Chu Se Rubber Company strives for the target of exceeding 5,100 tons

Gia Lai - The merger of rubber companies and production teams will not affect the work and rights of many workers.

On May 5, the Trade Union of Chu Se Rubber Co., Ltd. said that with the goal of exploiting beyond the plan, reaching 5,100 tons of dry latex or more, the unit organized a launching ceremony to harvest rubber latex in 2026.

In 2026, the Company was assigned by Vietnam Rubber Industry Group (VRG) a plan to exploit 4,630 tons. However, the unit's goal is to strive to complete and exceed the level of 5,100 tons of dry latex.

Company leaders requested production teams to strengthen inspection and supervision of workers' technical skills. Thereby, helping workers correctly implement the latex tapping process, minimizing technical violations.

When favorable weather conditions, production teams need to proactively deploy harvesting work, ensuring to carry out enough 100 scraps/year according to the Group's regulations.

Mr. Le Trung Kien - General Director of the Company emphasized: the merger of the Company and production teams will not affect the work as well as the rights of workers. However, to improve productivity, workers need to increase the number of shavers.

The Company's leadership and hundreds of workers believe in a successful and effective rubber latex harvest, excellently completing the set targets.
