On April 18, the grassroots Trade Union of Dak Lak Rubber Joint Stock Company (Dakruco) said that the Board of Directors had just organized free health check-ups for workers at farms and branches.
This is an annual activity to help union members and workers improve their health and feel secure at work.

On this occasion, Dakruco coordinated with Thien Nhan Quang Ngai Hospital Joint Stock Company and Hoan Hao General Clinic to examine about 2,000 people.
Regular health check-ups help workers monitor their health status, detect diseases early, especially occupational diseases. From there, proactively treat, adjust living and work, and improve the quality of life.
The company also prepares health monitoring records, provides direct advice on disease prevention, and long-term health care.

Ms. H'Danh Mlo - worker of Team 4, Cu M'gar Farm - said that having regular check-ups helps her feel secure at work and receive specific advice to take better care of her health.
According to Ms. H'Danh Mlo, workers at farms all enjoy equal welfare policies, contributing to increasing solidarity and completing tasks well.
Mr. Nguyen Minh - General Director of Dakruco - affirmed: "The company always creates conditions for employees to receive comprehensive care and be attached to the business for a long time.
