On August 21, Dien Hong Ward Trade Union, Gia Lai said that it has deployed supervision of the implementation of labor laws at enterprises in the ward in 2026.
Accordingly, the Ward Trade Union has established a Supervisory Delegation, directly supervising 3 businesses and indirectly supervising 5 businesses, with a total of 1,001 workers.
The content of supervision focuses on compliance with labor laws, labor contracts, negotiation and signing of collective labor agreements, internal labor regulations and implementation of grassroots democracy regulations.
Through supervision, businesses basically maintain stable production and business operations, jobs and income for employees.
All 8/8 enterprises have trade union organizations with 925 union members; 934 employees who are compulsory have fully participated in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance, reaching 100%. No enterprises owe insurance.
Notably, 8/8 enterprises have built collective labor agreements, which focus on negotiating contents that are more beneficial to workers such as probationary salary, 13th month bonus, initiative bonus, holiday bonus, Tet bonus, allowances, working hours, rest, safety, occupational hygiene, mid-shift meals and welfare regimes.
