An Khe Sugar Factory (belonging to Quang Ngai Sugar Joint Stock Company) is a large private enterprise in Gia Lai, creating jobs for thousands of local workers.
During the sugarcane harvest season in the Southeast of Gia Lai, the company purchases raw materials stably, helping farmers in Dak Po, Kbang, Kong Chro, Ia Pa districts... increase their income.
Mr. Nguyen Dinh Ha - Chairman of the Trade Union of An Khe Sugar Factory said that the development of the factory is closely linked to the contributions of the staff and workers.
Among the 95 exemplary workers who are Party members honored by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on February 16, in Gia Lai province, there was Mr. Huynh Quoc Tuan - Head of the Centrifuge Team of An Khe Sugar Factory.
Having been with the company for more than 24 years, Mr. Tuan operates two centrifuge lines RE and RS to produce sugar and always strives to complete his tasks excellently.
Mr. Huynh Quoc Tuan shared: “Having been associated with the Sugar Factory since I was young, I have always strived to learn and research technical improvements to improve productivity and product quality. The development of the factory not only brings a stable income to my family but also helps the products reach the world market.”
The company's innovation council highly appreciated Mr. Tuan's technical innovation "Installing a new automatic pressure valve system for the centrifuge area", helping to save production costs and improve business efficiency.
From 2020 - 2023, Mr. Tuan was recognized as a Basic Emulation Fighter and received many Certificates of Merit from the Party Committee and Board of Directors of the company.
It is known that An Khe Sugar Factory encourages initiatives and technical improvements with a reward of 2,000,000 VND/idea applied to production.
Mr. Nguyen Dinh Ha - Chairman of the factory's Trade Union said that many initiatives from workers have been recognized, commended and implemented, contributing to improving production efficiency.
To celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025) and the Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor organizes a program to honor 95 outstanding workers who are members of the Communist Party of Vietnam with outstanding achievements in labor and production; and many contributions to the work of building the Party and the Vietnam Trade Union organization. The program will be broadcast live from the Vietnam-Soviet Friendship Labor Cultural Palace, Hanoi, on Vietnam Television at 8:10 p.m., February 16, 2025 (Sunday). Within the framework of the program, the 95 commended workers will attend the Achievement Reporting Ceremony and visit President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum; and exchange at the Forum "Striving to be worthy members of the Communist Party of Vietnam".
