On the afternoon of November 1, the Ha Nam Provincial Federation of Labor (FFL) held a conference to announce the decision of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Standing Committee of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee on personnel work.
Attending the conference, on behalf of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, there were comrade Phan Van Anh - Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, comrade Nguyen Duy Vu - Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee, Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
On the side of the leaders of Ha Nam province, there were comrade Dinh Thi Lua - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, a number of comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; representatives of the leaders of departments, branches, and unions of Ha Nam province and leaders, cadres, civil servants, and employees of the Ha Nam Provincial Federation of Labor, leaders of industry unions, and leaders of the Federations of Labor of districts and cities in the province.
At the conference, comrade Nguyen Duy Vu - Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee, Vietnam General Confederation of Labor announced Decision No. 2022/QD-TLD dated October 30, 2024 of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor by comrade Nguyen Dinh Khang - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Delegation, President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on recognizing the results of the election of additional members of the Executive Committee, members of the Standing Committee and the position of President of the Ha Nam Provincial Confederation of Labor, term XIII, 2023-2028 for comrade Nguyen Hai Long - Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the Propaganda Department of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee, from October 24, 2024.
In addition, the representative of the leadership of the Organizing Committee of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee also announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on transferring comrade Nguyen Hai Long - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Propaganda Department of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee to take up the task at the Ha Nam Provincial Federation of Labor and assume the position of Chairman of the Ha Nam Provincial Federation of Labor.
Speaking and presenting flowers to congratulate the new Chairman of the Ha Nam Provincial Federation of Labor Nguyen Hai Long, comrade Phan Van Anh - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor expressed his joy and highly appreciated the results of all aspects of work of the leaders and officials of the Trade Unions at all levels in Ha Nam in the field of workers, civil servants, union members and trade unions over the past time.
The comrade congratulated Mr. Nguyen Hai Long on being entrusted with new responsibilities and tasks by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Standing Committee of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee, and hoped and believed that with his experience working in many different positions over the past time, the new Chairman of the Ha Nam Provincial Confederation of Labor will continue to promote his capacity and strengths, together with the Party Delegation, the Executive Committee, and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Confederation of Labor, to unite and unanimously complete all assigned tasks excellently.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Hai Long - Chairman of the Ha Nam Provincial Federation of Labor expressed his deep gratitude to the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the Standing Committee of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee for their attention and trust in entrusting him with the new responsibility. Mr. Long promised to continue to improve methods, train and foster leadership skills of the head of the Provincial Federation of Labor; to be a center of high convergence with subordinate cadres; and at the same time to be a bridge to better implement the relationship between the Provincial Federation of Labor and the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee, provincial-level leadership agencies, agencies under the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in the province.
Previously, in the afternoon of the same day, the Ha Nam Provincial Federation of Labor also held a conference to express gratitude and farewell to comrade Le Van Ha - Provincial Party Committee member and Chairman of the Ha Nam Provincial Federation of Labor, who was mobilized and appointed by the Standing Committee of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee to the position of Secretary of the Kim Bang District Party Committee.
