On October 14, Kim Bang District Party Committee (Ha Nam) held a conference to announce the Decision of the Standing Committee of Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee to assign, transfer and appoint Mr. Le Van Ha - Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation - to hold the position of Secretary of Kim Bang District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
Speaking at the conference, Secretary of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee Le Thi Thuy emphasized that in order to ensure the comprehensive leadership of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee over the Kim Bang District Party Committee, to implement the Party's regulations on personnel work, to meet the requirements of immediate political tasks, training, fostering, and creating a long-term source of cadres for the province, the Standing Committee of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee decided to assign, transfer and appoint Mr. Le Van Ha - Provincial Party Committee member, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation - to participate in the District Party Committee Executive Committee, the District Party Committee Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Kim Bang District Party Committee, term 2020-2025.
According to Ha Nam Provincial Party Secretary Le Thi Thuy, Mr. Le Van Ha is a well-trained cadre who has worked, trained, and matured through many different positions. Regardless of his position, Mr. Ha always upholds the spirit of responsibility, solidarity, and strives to excellently complete the assigned tasks.
Secretary of Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee Le Thi Thuy also pointed out some immediate and long-term tasks for Mr. Le Van Ha, and at the same time requested the Standing Committee, Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Executive Committee of the Kim Bang District Party Committee and local Party committees, authorities, agencies, units and leaders, cadres, party members and people of the district to pay attention, support and create conditions for Mr. Le Van Ha to successfully complete his tasks in his new position and responsibility.
