On June 7, the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation said that to care for and protect the health of workers and laborers during peak heat, contributing to ensuring safe and stable power grid operation, the Trade Union of Ha Tinh Power Company has organized many activities towards workers.
In the context of prolonged intense heat and increased electricity load, officials and employees of the electricity industry must regularly work in the field, inspect and handle incidents and operate 24/7 to ensure continuous power supply for people and businesses.
To encourage workers, the Company's Trade Union has organized visits and support for union members in difficult circumstances, suffering from serious illnesses or encountering upheavals in life. Grassroots trade unions also maintain the activity of giving drinking water, milk and necessities at production points, contributing to adding motivation to workers.
The "Trade Union Meal" program is being widely implemented, helping to improve the quality of meals and strengthen cohesion in the collective. Along with that, many units invest in renovating operating houses, improving living and resting conditions for workers.
In addition to caring for life, Ha Tinh Power Company also launched a creative labor emulation movement, responding to the program "10,000 initiatives in EVN" for the period 2025 - 2028. Many technical initiatives have been applied, contributing to improving labor productivity, shortening incident handling time and ensuring safety in power system operation.
