On May 13, the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation said that GaiWach Ha Tinh International Costume Co., Ltd. organized a conference "Propagating and guiding the implementation of social insurance and unemployment insurance policies for employees and businesses".
The conference was organized by the Ha Tinh Employment Service Center in coordination with Ha Tinh Social Insurance to effectively implement policies related to new points of the 2024 Social Insurance Law, unemployment insurance policies according to the 2025 Employment Law and Decree No. 374/2025/ND-CP.
At the conference, delegates and workers were informed of new regulations on unemployment insurance policies according to the 2025 Employment Law and Decree No. 374/2025/ND-CP. At the same time, units also introduced job exchanges and updated some new policies on social insurance and health insurance according to the 2024 Social Insurance Law.
In addition, workers of the company were answered many questions related to the contribution level, social insurance participation time and the rights of employees according to current regulations.
Through the conference, employees and businesses have updated and grasped more clearly the new points of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance policies; contributing to raising awareness and responsibility in implementing legal regulations on labor, employment and social security. Thereby better ensuring legitimate rights for employees, building harmonious and stable labor relations at enterprises.
