On April 20, Ninh Binh Provincial Police said that Road Traffic Police Team 5 under the Traffic Police Department of Ninh Binh Provincial Police has just coordinated with Bao Minh Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company, the Management Board of Industrial Zones and Clusters of the province, Lien Minh Commune Police, and the Economic Security Department of the Provincial Police to organize a program to propagate, disseminate, and educate on traffic safety and order laws, and guide traffic participation skills to ensure safety for officials, workers, and laborers in industrial parks.
At the program, workers and laborers were propagated, disseminated, and thoroughly grasped by reporters of Road Traffic Police Team 5 the key contents of the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety; responsibilities of vehicle operators participating in traffic; skills to prevent risks and support victims; regulations on the age allowed to drive motorbikes and electric motorbikes; violations and penalties for the act of handing over vehicles to people who do not meet the conditions to drive and participate in traffic, and administrative penalties for some common traffic violations.
