The employment situation and income of workers have improved. Many businesses have many orders, workers work actively, create quality export products, bring profits to businesses, thereby stabilizing income. The average salary of workers reaches more than 6,858,000 VND/person/month.
In 2024, there were 10 work accidents, an increase over the same period. Of which, 1 accident killed 1 contractor worker.
There were 11,880 female union members registered to participate in the emulation movement "Good at public work, good at housework"; and 3,352 male union members registered for the movement "Men share work and housework with women". At the end of the year, the rate reached over 90% compared to the target registered at the beginning of the year. Many female collectives and individuals were awarded, many outstanding female workers and female families were recognized and honored.
The provincial industrial park trade union has 28 grassroots trade unions and 1 affiliated grassroots trade union, with a total of 21,710/23,083 union members, the proportion of female workers is 14,760 people, accounting for 64%.
