The accident occurred at around 3:00 p.m. on February 23 on National Highway 28, at km6 + 800 through Ham Chinh Commune, Ham Thuan Bac District, Binh Thuan Province and was recorded by a local camera.
At that time, 2 motorbikes with license plates 86B3-652.92 and 86H6-9307 were traveling in two directions opposite each other on the road and colliding head-on. The collision caused 3 young men on 2 motorbikes to be thrown onto the road.
All 3 victims were taken by ambulance to Binh Thuan General Hospital for emergency care. However, 1 young man died. The remaining 2 young men are in critical condition and are being treated for emergency care.
The Investigation Police Agency of Ham Thuan Bac District Police, Binh Thuan Province, arrived to examine the scene and investigate the accident. At the same time, forces were sent to the hospital to verify the victims' information.
