The Trade Union of Company Limited Lạc Tỷ II recently organized the Program of Gratitude to Enterprises for Laborers, Laborers for Enterprises; honored 95 officials, union members who have achieved outstanding achievements in contributing to the development of the trade union and enterprises to commemorate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union.
At the program, the company's leadership presented support for 5 Warm Homes for Laborers in difficult circumstances, each worth 5 million USD; presented gifts to 66 outstanding laborer families.
In addition, 455 laborers were admitted to the trade union organization; honored and praised 95 officials, union members who have made significant contributions to better fulfill their role in protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members, laborers and building a more developed trade union organization.
At the same time, the program organized a birthday celebration for 15 officials, union members representing 1,357 officials, union members of the company who were born in July and August.
Also at the program, the Trade Union of the Company coordinated with the enterprise to organize a Trade Union Meal. This was also an opportunity for laborers, the trade union, and the company's leaders to share and understand each other, creating a harmonious and stable relationship.
In his speech at the program, Chairman of LĐLĐ province Hậu Giang Lê Công Khanh stated that the Trade Union Meal of the company was associated with a series of activities organized within the program, bringing a humanistic meaning of laborers to the trade union and labor users at the company. From there, laborers feel secure in their work, production, and relationship with the enterprise, creating a harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relationship in the enterprise.
Chairman of LĐLĐ province Hậu Giang requested that the Trade Union of Industrial Parks in general and the Trade Union of Company Limited Lạc Tỷ II in particular continue to pay attention to mobilizing union members and laborers to strive for high productivity, quality, and efficiency to contribute to the sustainable development of the enterprise.
At the same time, they should participate in proposing and resolving the current issues of workers such as employment, wages, housing, social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.
