On October 25, the Hoa Binh Provincial Federation of Labor (FLD) held a conference to disseminate the basic contents of the Law on Protection of State Secrets to full-time union officials of the provincial FLD; Chairmen, Vice Chairmen, Secretaries of the FLDs of districts, cities, and industry unions; Directors and Secretaries of the Center for Consulting and Supporting Workers.
At the conference, the leaders of the Hoa Binh Provincial Federation of Labor thoroughly grasped the basic contents of the Law on State Secrets Protection; documents guiding the implementation of the Law on State Secrets Protection; a number of directive documents of the Party, other legal documents related to the protection of State secrets; the situation of State secret protection work in the recent past; instructions on the implementation of regulations on drafting, storing, printing, copying, photographing, transmitting, and delivering documents containing State secret protection content...
At the same time, exchange and discuss difficulties, obstacles and solutions in implementing legal provisions on the protection of State secrets and documents guiding the implementation of the Law.
The conference helped delegates raise awareness and responsibility of leaders and full-time union officials in the work of protecting State secrets.
