With nearly 30 years of working in the education sector and more than 9 years of being attached to the Trade Union organization, Ms. Nguyen Thi Giang has always devoted herself to her work, been close to and shared difficulties with union members and workers. Thanks to that, she is loved by the school's Board of Directors, leaders of the higher-level Trade Union, union members, workers as well as parents.
"I still have 2 roles, but no matter what job position I am in, I always try my best and strive to complete all assigned tasks well," Ms. Giang confided.
In particular, during her 6 years as Chairwoman of the Dong Tien Kindergarten Trade Union, she has always been enthusiastic, dedicated, responsible, striving to protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of cadres, teachers, and staff, building and developing a strong Trade Union organization.
Ms. Giang always shows deep concern for union members through practical and dedicated actions. Although her professional work is very busy, she not only spends time but also invests creativity in organizing union activities, in order to bring comprehensive care to union members and workers, from material to spiritual.
With such a busy schedule of social work, for her family, Ms. Nguyen Thi Giang is a responsible woman, taking care of her responsibilities as a daughter-in-law, a wife, and a mother. Her family has 4 generations living together in harmony and warmth, and is loved by neighbors. She and her family have always actively participated in movement activities in residential areas.
Through her continuous efforts during her work, Ms. Giang has had many initiatives that have been recognized and highly appreciated. These include initiatives: Some solutions to direct teachers to improve the quality of life skills education for children; Some management measures to improve the effectiveness of professional group activities...
With outstanding contributions to her work, in 2024, Ms. Giang was honored to receive a certificate of merit from the Provincial Labor Federation, along with a certificate of merit from the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province in 2022 and 2024. In addition, she has also achieved the title of Advanced Worker twice and the title of Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level 3 times.
Ms. Giang's individual achievements have contributed significantly to the overall achievements of the collective. Dong Tien Kindergarten was awarded a certificate of merit by the Ministry of Education and Training in 2020; 05 certificates of merit by the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province; 01 certificate of merit from the Provincial Federation of Labor and 01 certificate of merit from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Certificate of Merit and the Excellent Emulation Flag presented by the Prime Minister in 2022.
