The Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor has just deployed to all levels of unions in the province the program "Union Tet Market 2025" in the online form chaired by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
The program is deployed nationwide to support union members and workers to buy goods and products with guaranteed quality, reasonable prices, and incentives to serve the needs of the 2025 Lunar New Year.
Trade unions at all levels in Khanh Hoa reviewed and selected 2,500 union members with outstanding achievements in labor, production, and participation in union activities; union members with difficulties and low incomes to support. In particular, each union member will receive financial support worth 500,000 VND in the form of shopping vouchers to participate in the program.
The online program "Trade Union Tet Market 2025" will take place from 0:00 on December 20, 2024 to 24:00 on January 20, 2025 (ie from November 20 to December 21 of the lunar calendar). Union members according to the proposed list of the District Labor Federation, Industry-level Trade Unions and Trade Unions under the Provincial Labor Federation who receive purchase vouchers will participate by purchasing goods and products on the official electronic information page opened by the program during the above time.
Receiving purchased goods and products will be guided in detail, ensuring that union members can purchase products in a cost-effective, modern, convenient and fast manner. Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor will receive the list of proposals to participate in the program from units until 5:00 p.m. on November 20.
To take care of the Lunar New Year 2025, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor directed all levels of trade unions to focus on organizing 10 activities with the motto "all union members and workers have Tet".
It is expected that 1.2 million union members in difficulty nationwide will receive support from trade union financial resources with an estimated budget of more than 1,500 billion VND.
Major programs include: the program "Tet Sum Vay - Spring Thanks to the Party", focusing on the grassroots and upper-grassroots levels, suitable to the actual situation, ensuring safety, savings and efficiency.
Organize visits, give gifts, and wish union members and workers a happy new year on the occasion of Lunar New Year 2025. Prioritize visits to encourage and give gifts to union members in difficult circumstances, with low incomes, those suffering from serious illnesses, occupational diseases, work-related accidents, underemployment, job loss, and unpaid wages and bonuses.
