Trade union president wholeheartedly for 2,350 workers

On January 13, Ms. Pham Thi Be Tien - a 38th sewing line worker, Tuy Phong Garment Enterprise (Lien Huong commune, Lam Dong province) - shared her excitement and happiness when working here.

According to Ms. Tien, workers in the enterprise always receive timely attention and help from the trade union organization, especially Mr. Nguyen Hoa - Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union.

For workers, Mr. Nguyen Hoa and the trade union are like family members; everyone who has joy is congratulated, and people who are sick or encounter difficulties or hardships are visited and encouraged promptly.

Cases of workers in difficult circumstances or suffering from dangerous diseases in each sewing line, each production department are clearly understood by Mr. Hoa. “He is always a solid support for the workers of Tuy Phong Garment Enterprise,” Ms. Tien expressed.

Ms. Tien emotionally shared that the memory she will never forget is when she contracted breast cancer, Mr. Nguyen Hoa directly represented the trade union to visit, encourage and organize donations and support of more than 76 million VND.

Thanks to that sharing, she has overcome many radiation therapy sessions, gradually stabilizing her health to continue treatment and return to work.

For his part, Mr. Nguyen Hoa - Chairman of the Trade Union of Tuy Phong Garment Enterprise - said that he started working at the enterprise in 2013. With passion for the profession and enthusiasm in social activities, he was admitted to the Party in 2015.

With the trust of union members and workers, Mr. Hoa was elected as a trade union official from 2016 and held the position of Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union from 2021 to present.

Mr. Hoa shared: "We always strive to accompany the Enterprise's Board of Directors to take care of this common home, because behind us are 2,350 workers' families who always trust, entrust and expect.

With a sense of responsibility and dedication to union members and workers, Mr. Hoa and the Trade Union Executive Committee have organized many practical and meaningful activities to encourage and motivate workers.

These activities always receive widespread agreement and response from union members and workers; notably, regular visits and timely support for workers in difficult circumstances and suffering from dangerous diseases.

In addition, the trade union also organizes cultural and sports programs, sightseeing, picnics, "Family Day"; gives birthday gifts, rewards children of workers who study well... contributing to creating a joyful and excited atmosphere and strengthening cohesion in the enterprise.
