On January 9, Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of Da Lat Food Co., Ltd. - Japan (Duc Trong commune, Lam Dong province) - Mr. Tran Anh Tuan said that the company has 100% Japanese investment capital.
The unit has been operating stably since 1998 with the occupation of growing and processing frozen vegetables and fruits. Currently, the processing capacity reaches 3,000 tons of products per year, mainly exported to the Japanese market.
According to Mr. Tuan, the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union and the Board of Directors of the company always strive to provide stable jobs for workers. Currently, more than 230 workers are working at this company with an income of about 7.5 million VND/person/month.
Workers enjoy many preferential policies such as housing rental, gasoline, and meal allowances. Along with that, they are promptly visited when sick or injured; and receive gifts on holidays, Tet, birthdays, weddings, and International Women's Day.

Mr. Tuan also shared that the trade union also organizes many practical activities to care for the spiritual life of union members and workers.
Through sports tournaments, cultural exchanges, tourism tours, gala dinners... organized by the trade union, union members and workers are cheerful and excited, working more effectively.
