On March 18, Mr. Nguyen Thien Tien - Chairman of the Trade Union of Duc Trong commune (Lam Dong) said that the "Creative Labor" emulation movement was actively responded to by union members and workers.

For example, teacher Nguyen Thuy Phuong Tram (Duc Trong High School). Not only conveying passion on the podium, she also made her mark with creative startup projects, turning knowledge into useful values in life.
Graduating with a degree in Mathematics - Informatics from Da Lat University, Ms. Tram has worked at Duc Trong High School since 1999 to date. Constantly striving, she completed her master's program and successfully defended her doctoral thesis.
In teaching, in addition to imparting knowledge, she and her colleagues research and publish 7 reference books, 1 monograph and 30 scientific articles in prestigious domestic and foreign journals.
She is also prominent with research projects and creative startups when guiding students, typically the project "Gel/shampoo and hair care from green mugwort" - a product that combines scientific thinking and local practical understanding.
The project won the Second Prize in the Lam Dong Provincial Innovative Startup Competition in 2023, the Second Prize in the "Student with Creative Startup Ideas" competition in Ho Chi Minh City and made a mark at Techfest Vietnam.
Most recently, her and her colleagues' project "Herbal Chicken Eggs" won the First Prize at the Lam Dong Provincial Innovative Startup Competition in 2025.
The project uses rosemary as chicken feed, creating a safe "Herb-fed eggs" product for health, which is currently being transferred to farmers to increase the value of local agricultural products.
