On the morning of February 1st, information from the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation said that the unit had successfully organized the program "Tet reunion - Spring of Gratitude to the Party". The program has profound humanistic meaning, contributing to caring for the spiritual and material life of union members and workers during Tet.
The program is organized in 3 locations including Duc Trong commune, Tra Tan commune and Cu Jut commune, with the participation of provincial leaders, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation and representatives of local authorities.
According to Mr. Nguyen Phu Hoang - Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation, the "Tet Reunion" program has been maintained by trade union levels for many years and is increasingly receiving positive responses from union members and workers, as well as the attention and companionship of the political system and the business community.
Mr. Hoang emphasized that "Tet reunion - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" shows the deep concern and timely sharing of the Party, State, authorities at all levels and the whole society towards workers. At the same time, it affirms the companion role of the trade union organization in caring for Tet for union members.
At the program, union members and workers were immersed in a joyful and exciting atmosphere with many meaningful activities. The highlight was a bustling spring welcoming art program, contributing to creating a warm atmosphere, spreading belief and expectations for the new year.
On this occasion, provincial leaders, local authorities and the Provincial Labor Federation sent Tet greetings, encouraged spirit and presented many practical gifts. Thereby, helping union members and workers in difficult circumstances to celebrate Tet more fully and warmly.
With the motto "All union members and workers have Tet - leaving no one behind", during this Tet holiday, the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation is expected to give more than 10,300 gifts, with a total value of nearly 6.2 billion VND to workers in difficult circumstances.
Along with that, grassroots trade unions also actively propose and negotiate for businesses to pay attention to Tet care for workers through forms such as: Bonus for the 13th month's salary, organizing year-end parties, Tet gifts...
Mr. Nguyen Phu Hoang affirmed that these practical activities not only help union members and workers celebrate Tet more fully but also create motivation for them to feel secure in their commitment, enthusiastically emulate in labor production, contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality.
