The two sides also closely coordinate in implementing democracy at the grassroots level, maintaining the organization of annual workers' conferences and timely dialogue when problems arise.
Through these activities, the opinions and recommendations of employees are listened to and answered satisfactorily by the Trade Union Executive Committee and the Company's Board of Directors.
Along with that, the trade union always accompanies, shares and cares for workers with many practical activities such as: Visiting when sick, facing difficulties, natural disasters, disasters; giving gifts on holidays, Tet, birthdays, marriages...
According to Ms. Ha Ngoc Sim, building a democratic and transparent working environment is the "key" to keep workers attached for a long time and promote working capacity.
