On November 4, Mr. Nguyen Canh Minh - Chairman of the Dam Rong District Labor Federation said that the unit had just organized training and professional development for grassroots union officials.
This training session was attended by nearly 100 union officials from grassroots unions.
According to Mr. Minh, the grassroots union staff is often changed, consolidated, and improved. Every year, the unit organizes training courses to improve knowledge and skills for grassroots union staff.
"We update and disseminate to grassroots union officials newly issued legal policies and new regulations of the union organization," Mr. Nguyen Canh Minh added.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of the Department of Internal Affairs of Dam Rong district said that the trade union staff exchanged a lot of useful knowledge.

“In this training session, we also had the opportunity to exchange and share good experiences and effective methods of other units. These are practical knowledge and experiences for union activities at the grassroots level,” Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet excitedly added.
