On October 22, Chairman of Bao Lam District Labor Federation Tran To Nhan said that the unit had just organized training for grassroots union officials.
The training course was organized by Bao Lam District Labor Federation in coordination with the District Political Training Center.
“This is an annual activity to improve the quality of union officials at the grassroots level, especially new union officials joining the 2023-2028 term. This also aims to concretize the breakthrough in implementing the Resolution of the 13th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor,” Mr. Tran To Nhan added.
According to Mr. Nhan, this training course had more than 100 grassroots union officials attending. Here, union officials were trained in theory and professional skills in organizing and operating unions.
