Attending the event were more than 300 delegates, representatives of units and enterprises using labor. Here, representatives of specialized departments and divisions of the two agencies disseminated and popularized new policies and laws on labor , trade unions, social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, work accidents, occupational diseases, etc.
Representatives of units and enterprises using labor also raised many questions and situations about the application of legal regulations at the grassroots level. The opinions were answered and guided satisfactorily by the Labor Federation and Social Insurance of Lam Dong province.

Mr. Tran Van Son - Deputy Director of Lam Dong Social Insurance said that this is an activity within the coordination program between the two units. Every year, this dialogue conference is held in areas with many businesses.
According to Mr. Son, organizing dialogues helps units and businesses promptly grasp new legal policies. It also provides advice and support to help them overcome difficulties and obstacles in implementing policies at the unit.
"Through this, the legitimate rights and interests of workers are guaranteed to be implemented in accordance with the law" - Mr. Tran Van Son said.
This is the third dialogue conference in 2024. Previously, these two agencies organized two dialogue conferences with more than 600 units and businesses in Da Lat and Bao Loc cities.
