According to statistics, Lam Dong province currently has about 8,728 enterprises with nearly 137,000 employees. Of which, 7 Industrial Parks (IPs) have 115 enterprises with 15,519 employees.
According to Lam Dong Provincial Social Insurance, as of the end of July 2025, the amount of late insurance payment is nearly 29 billion VND. Of which, in the industrial parks, there are 17 enterprises with 453 employees who have been late in paying for 3 months or more, with a total debt of 14.6 billion VND.
From this reality, it is very necessary to coordinate the dissemination of insurance laws, especially enhancing responsibility for participating in social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, occupational accident and disease insurance for workers and laborers in industrial parks.

Therefore, the Provincial Social Insurance and the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Lam Dong province have signed a coordination regulations. The Regulation emphasizes the following contents: Exchange of information on production and business activities in industrial parks and high-tech agricultural areas; increase propaganda of insurance policies to businesses and employees.
Mr. Dang Hong Tuan - Director of the Provincial Social Insurance said that the signing of coordination regulations between the two agencies is very important, improving the effectiveness of organizing the implementation of social security policies in the area.
In recent times, the work of propagating, answering questions, and consulting on social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance policies for workers in industrial parks in Lam Dong has been regularly coordinated by units.

The propaganda and consultation sessions all attracted the attention of workers and laborers and many of their questions were answered satisfactorily.
From there, workers better understand the benefits of participating in insurance. Employers are interested in paying insurance for workers and complying with labor laws.
Mr. Phan Duong Cuong - Head of the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board affirmed that he will specify the coordination regulations with the Provincial Social Insurance through annual programs and plans.
The focus is on expanding insurance coverage, reducing debt, late payment and better ensuring the rights of workers and laborers in industrial parks.
The coordination between the Provincial Social Insurance and the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board not only limits the situation of debt and late insurance payment but also aims at the long-term goal of building a safe working environment, ensuring the rights of workers.
