Despite the large workload, Dr. H'Vinh Nie still proactively researches, updates knowledge, implements many professional initiatives and applies high techniques in management and treatment.
Doctor H'Vinh Nie also spent a lot of time going to each department, reviewing procedures, supporting, and tutoring young doctors and nurses.
Before the requirements of innovation, she also directed the application of digital technology in professional procedures. Thereby, contributing to improving the quality of medical examination and treatment and the efficiency of hospital management.
In addition to expertise, Dr. H'Vinh Nie also assumes the role of Chairman of the Hospital's Trade Union. She always pays attention to, visits, encourages in a timely manner, and takes care of the jobs, income and lives of union members and workers.
From her love for the profession and compassion, she initiated and maintained many charity activities, voluntary medical examinations in remote and border areas and supporting Cambodian people.
For nearly 20 years, she and the Management Board of "Charity Kitchen" have strongly connected with philanthropists, maintaining thousands of free meals each month, mobilizing more than 2 billion VND each year to support patients in difficult circumstances.
Despite being busy with work, Dr. H' Vinh Nie is still thoughtful with her family. After working hours, she returns to take care of and connect members.
