Social Housing Project for workers and laborers is built in Phu Hoi Industrial Park. Construction started in June 2023, with a total of 371 apartments, built on a land area of over 17,000m2. The investor is An Binh Housing Investment Joint Stock Company.
On September 1, Chairman of Duc Trong District Labor Federation Luu Van Loi said that the unit had just coordinated with the investor to organize information about this project.
The project information session was attended by nearly 200 union officials from agencies, units and enterprises. This is an effective way to bring social housing products to civil servants, public employees and workers .
“The grassroots union officials will disseminate relevant information about the project to civil servants, public employees, and workers. The union officials will also guide union members and workers to choose and register to buy suitable apartments to live in,” Mr. Luu Van Loi further affirmed.
Mr. Nguyen Tuan Quang - in charge of business of An Binh Housing Investment Joint Stock Company said that up to now, 1 of 3 housing blocks is almost completed. The unit will hand over in December 2024 to organize sale to workers and laborers for use.
According to Mr. Quang, the housing block the Company is offering for sale this time has 5 floors, including 99 apartments. The area of each apartment ranges from 35 - 71m2, with a selling price of 400 to 800 million VND.
When buying an apartment in this project, buyers only need to pay 20% of the value. The remaining amount will be supported by a loan from the Social Policy Bank, with monthly principal and interest payments ranging from 3 to 5.8 million VND.
“People who want to buy an apartment just need to register at the local Trade Union. We will collect information and send staff to advise and support promptly with documents and procedures,” Mr. Nguyen Tuan Quang affirmed.
