On September 7, Mr. Nguyen Huu Cuong - Chairman of the Di Linh District Labor Federation - said that the unit had just organized training for grassroots union officials . This activity is to implement the resolution of the congress for the 2023 - 2028 term of the unit.
According to Mr. Cuong, staff is an important factor that determines the effectiveness of the Union's operations. Therefore, the unit focuses on training and fostering to improve the quality of Union staff.
“At the grassroots level, union officials are the ones who make plans and also the ones who organize implementation. Therefore, they must be proficient in knowledge and proficient in skills,” Mr. Nguyen Huu Cuong emphasized.
This training course had more than 370 participants, who were union officials of agencies, units and enterprises in Di Linh district. Along with that were people working in accounting at grassroots unions.
Attending the training, Mr. Hoang Anh Thao - Chairman of Gia Hiep Commune's Trade Union - said that the training content was very practical, especially for new Trade Union officials. The President of the Trade Union of Vanh Khuyen Kindergarten - Ms. Pham Thi Hong Hanh - was very interested in the content of the trade union financial work. Ms. Hanh said that she had not learned about this work before. When she became the President of the Trade Union, she had to manage finances, so she was very confused.
“Having been guided by hand like this time, we feel very secure. From now on, we will do better, ensure revenue and expenditure are in accordance with regulations and focus resources on taking care of union members,” Ms. Pham Thi Hong Hanh shared.
