(under the Trade Union of Tran Yen Commune) has promoted its role as a center of solidarity, creating motivation for each employee to strive, be creative and strive to fulfill their tasks well, contributing significantly to the development of the enterprise.
Responding to the emulation movements of the superior Trade Union, the Yamazaki Company Trade Union has organized many thematic emulation campaigns such as "Good workers, creative workers", " old productivity - Quality - Efficiency - Safety", "Green - Clean - Beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene".
Each movement closely follows production practice, encouraging union members to promote initiative, industrial style and sense of responsibility before work.
Thanks to that, productivity and product quality have continuously increased. The company's revenue from 20.3 billion VND in 2022 increased to 25.7 billion VND in 2024 and 30.8 billion VND in the first 10 months of 2025 - a step that clearly shows the effectiveness of the emulation movement.

Along with the emulation movement in production, the trade union has coordinated with the professional sector to promote the initiative movement and technical improvement. Union members and workers in each department such as engineering, machine operation, packaging, etc. are encouraged to come up with ideas and propose solutions to improve production efficiency.
The company and the trade union regularly coordinate to develop transparent and satisfactory salary and bonus policies; maintain periodic dialogues to grasp the thoughts and aspirations of employees.
The average income of workers reaches 7 million VND/person/month, their material and spiritual life is increasingly stable.
