In 2025, as the largest coal consumption hub of TKV, Cua Ong Coal Selection Company consumed over 11.1 million tons of coal.
To achieve this result, the company has closely followed the Group's management direction, developed flexible production plans according to market developments, and effectively maintained coordination between departments and units in the Cam Pha region.

The average salary of employees in 2025 is estimated at 13.582 million VND/person/month, equal to 107.79% of the annual plan.
Safety, environmental protection and welfare for workers continue to be focused on with the following contents: investing in dust, heat, and noise protection systems; improving working conditions at workshops; equipping personal protective equipment with a total value of over VND4.344 billion.
The company has organized periodic health check-ups for 2,930 people; thematic health check-ups for women for 1,458 people.
The unit organized a "Union Meal" for 2,807 people; organized vacations for nearly 1,000 employees and workers' welfare in Sa Pa, Mong Cai and the southern provinces of China; organized 4,864 daily buses to pick up and drop off workers.
Entering 2026, Cua Ong Coal Selection Company aims to consume over 10.2 million tons of coal, mine-buy coal and import over 10.9 million tons.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Huy Nam - Deputy General Director of the Vietnam National Coal and Mineral Industries Group emphasized that in 2026, the Company needs to continue to closely follow the direction of the Party Committee, Board of Members, the Executive Agency of the Group and the Vietnam National Coal and Mineral Industries Trade Union; effectively implement the restructuring project in the direction of harmonizing business interests and workers' rights.
The Deputy General Director of the Vietnam National Coal and Mineral Industries Group suggested that the Company study and make the most of the regimes and policies so that workers can enjoy the best benefits during the restructuring process; at the same time, promote Mechanization, automation and digital transformation in governance; improve the qualifications of staff and workers to meet the requirements in the new period; focus on producing clean, high-quality coal for export and supplying coal to power plants.
