At the meeting, delegates reviewed the thoughts, viewpoints and exemplary working style of President Ho Chi Minh.
During his lifetime, Man always affirmed that " cadres are the root of all work", considering building a team of cadres and party members as a key task, deciding the success or failure of all work. He left many valuable instructions on democratic, scientific, meticulous and specific working style, always going to the destination and saying it goes hand in hand with doing it.
In the current context, when the Lao Cai Provincial Federation of Labor was established on the basis of a merger, the organization, apparatus and staff have many changes, studying and following Uncle Ho is even more important.
This is the basis for each cadre and party member to practice, enhance their sense of responsibility, overcome limitations, and successfully complete assigned tasks.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Chuong Phat - Party Cell Secretary - Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation emphasized: Learning the working style of Uncle Ho is working for the common good; determined, persistent in performing tasks to the end; arranging scientific work, with focus and key points; speaking together with doing; closely, specifically and regularly checking and urging. After each work, cadres and party members need to summarize and learn from experience to continuously improve quality and efficiency.
Also at the meeting, the Party members discussed enthusiastically, focusing on clarifying the manifestation of the style of "working to the point, working to the point" in the practice of trade union work. Many opinions frankly pointed out limitations such as slow progress of some work, low initiative, and scattered work.
On that basis, delegates proposed many practical solutions to improve work efficiency and meet the requirements in the new situation.
At the end of the meeting, the Lao Cai Provincial Trade Union Party Cell highly agreed on continuing to thoroughly grasp the topic, linking Ho Chi Minh-style learning and working with the specific tasks of each individual.
This will be a motivation for each cadre and party member to practice political courage, moral qualities, and professional working style, contributing to building an increasingly strong Trade Union organization to meet the requirements in the new period.
