On August 15, joining the vibrant atmosphere of the creative labor emulation movement across the country, the Lao Cai Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) participated in the 2025 Creative Labor Festival with many rich and institutional activities.
The Creative Labor Festival is an activity organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, aiming to honor the intelligence, talent, initiatives and typical solutions of workers, civil servants and laborers; at the same time, creating a space for connection between workers, enterprises and state management agencies.
This is also a forum to listen to the voice from the grassroots, contributing to perfecting policies on science - technology, innovation in the period of extensive international integration.
During the festival, the delegation of Lao Cai Provincial Federation of Labor participated in the Forum "Promoting the creative potential of workers".
Here, workers frankly exchanged and discussed many solutions and initiatives in labor and production; shared experiences in applying science and technology to improve productivity, product quality, save costs, minimize environmental impacts, and bring practical benefits to businesses and the community.
Also within the framework of the event, the Lao Cai delegation actively participated in the Exhibition "Creative Journey - Aspiration to Rise", gathering many typical products, OCOP products and high-quality exports of the province.
Notable enterprises participating in the exhibition include: Traphaco Sa Pa Company Limited, Phu Tai Food Company Limited, Suoi Giang Cooperative, Yen Thanh Joint Stock Company, Hoang Lien Son Technical Quarter Joint Stock Company, Phuong Nhung Private Enterprise (Van Yen).
The products on display are very diverse and rich, attracting the attention of many visitors, and are highly appreciated by experts and consumers for their quality, design and brand value.
Not only promoting the image of local products, this activity also opens up opportunities for cooperation, connecting markets, and promoting the consumption of goods.
Speaking at the festival, Mr. Nguyen Chuong Phat, Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial Federation of Labor affirmed: The creative labor emulation movement not only brings economic value, but also arouses the pride in the profession, the sense of responsibility and the desire to contribute of workers.
