Accordingly, the Trade Union of Lao Cai Province Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital has just successfully organized the 4th Grassroots Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030.
The Congress was attended by leaders of Cam Duong Ward Trade Union; representatives of grassroots trade unions of General Hospital No. 2 and provincial specialized hospitals; and the participation of 120 union members of Lao Cai Provincial Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital.
In the program, the Congress listened to Vice Chairman of the Hospital Trade Union Nguyen Quoc Loc report on the policy of the Executive Committee for the third term, 2025-2028.
During his term, the Hospital Trade Union achieved many outstanding results in caring for workers' lives, organizing emulation movements, improving professional quality, developing union members and participating in Party building.
Speaking at the Congress, the leaders of Cam Duong Ward Trade Union congratulated the achieved results and highly appreciated the sense of responsibility of the grassroots Trade Union.
At the same time, he hoped that in the new term, the unit would continue to build a strong grassroots Trade Union, becoming a bright spot of the Ward Trade Union.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Labor Union of the Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital, term IV, 2025-2030, consisting of 7 members and 3 members of the Inspection Committee.
As a result, Mr. Dinh Cong Manh - Deputy Director of the Hospital was elected as Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union. Mr. Nguyen Quoc Loc - Vice Chairman, Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union Inspection Committee.
The grassroots trade union will continue to be a reliable bridge between workers and hospital leaders, protecting legitimate rights, improving the spiritual and material life of staff and civil servants, contributing to the development of Lao Cai Province Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital.
