On March 31, information from the Sa Pa Ward Trade Union, in order to standardize service skills and improve the quality of human resources, the grassroots Trade Union of Pao's Sapa Hotel has coordinated with the Board of Directors of the unit to organize a restaurant professional training class for employees.
The program has the teaching participation of experienced lecturers in the field of restaurant - hotel, with content closely following reality.

During the learning process, students are equipped with knowledge about professional service processes, communication skills, situation handling and improving customer experience; and at the same time, practice standard working style.
According to a representative of the hotel's leadership, training and human resource development have always been identified as a key task.
Organizing internal training classes not only contributes to improving service quality but also creates conditions for employees to develop and be attached to the business for a long time.

At the end of the course, 35 union members and workers improved their skills.
The trainees showed a serious learning spirit, proactively absorbed knowledge and committed to effectively applying it to practice, contributing to enhancing the image and prestige of Pao's Sapa Hotel in the field of services - tourism in the area.
