On the afternoon of March 26, the Trade Union Committee of Industrial Parks of Lao Cai province, base 2, held a conference to summarize trade union work in the first quarter and deploy tasks for the second quarter of 2026.
In the first quarter, trade union activities achieved many positive results. Employment and basic income were ensured, and there were no strikes or collective labor disputes.
The work of caring for union members is effectively implemented, especially during Tet. The Trade Union Committee has coordinated to give gifts to 557 union members in difficult circumstances and 13 special cases, with a total budget of more than 593 million VND.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Hoang Tuan Hai - Deputy Head of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks of Lao Cai province, base 2, emphasized that in the coming time, it is necessary to continue to stick to the grassroots level, promptly grasp the thoughts and aspirations of workers, thereby deploying more practical and effective care activities.

The work of propaganda on labor laws and occupational safety and health continues to be promoted. Grassroots trade unions focus on mobilizing workers to raise awareness of discipline compliance and participate in production emulation movements.
Recognizing the achieved results, Mr. Phan Huy Cuong - Vice Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation highly appreciated the proactiveness and efforts of the Trade Union Board of Industrial Parks No. 2 in caring for and protecting the rights of workers.
At the same time, it is proposed that in the coming time, continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, improve the effectiveness of representation, contributing to building harmonious and stable labor relations in enterprises.

In the second quarter, the Trade Union Committee of grassroots industrial parks 2 will focus on developing union members, establishing grassroots trade unions at qualified enterprises; organizing Workers' Month activities, Action Month on occupational safety and health, contributing to building stable and sustainable labor relations.
