On August 4, information from the Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee said that the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has signed a decision recognizing the Lao Cai Provincial Trade Union Charity Fund to be eligible to operate according to the provisions of law.
At the same time, the Fund's Management Board for the 2026-2031 term is also recognized to organize and operate the Fund's activities.
According to the decision, the Management Council of the Lao Cai Provincial Trade Union Charity Fund for the 2026-2031 term includes 7 members.
In which, Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Nhiem - Chairwoman of the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation holds the position of Chairwoman of the Council.
The two Vice Chairmen of the Council are Mr. Vu Cao Minh - Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation and Mr. Phan Huy Cuong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation.
The remaining members include Mr. Ninh Quang Duong, Mr. Vu Ngoc Anh, Ms. Trieu Thi Thu Nga and Mr. Pham Dinh Tron, of which Mr. Pham Dinh Tron is a member cum Secretary of the Fund Management Council.
The decision takes effect from the date of signing. The Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee, the Director of the Department of Finance, the Director of the Department of Home Affairs, the Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, the Chairman of the Management Council of the Lao Cai Provincial Trade Union Charity Fund and relevant agencies and units are responsible for implementation.
