The conference also announced the decision to establish the Provincial Party Agencies Trade Union, appoint to participate in the Executive Committee and positions in the Executive Committee (provisional) chaired by Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Phuong.
Decision to establish the Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee Trade Union, appoint to participate in the Executive Committee and positions in the Executive Committee (provisional) chaired by Mr. Pham Van Hong.
Decision to establish Lao Cai Economic Zone Trade Union, appoint to participate in the Executive Committee and positions in the Executive Committee (provisional) chaired by Mr. Hoang Tuan Hai.
The decision to merge the Department of Policy - Law and Labor Relations and the Department of Propaganda - Women's Affairs to establish the Provincial Labor Federation's Professional Department headed by Mr. Ninh Quang Duong.
In addition, Lao Cai Provincial Federation of Labor also announced the decision to transfer and appoint a number of officials in the provincial trade union organization system.
According to Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation Dang Dinh Chung, the arrangement of the apparatus and cadres in the system will contribute to helping the activities of the trade union organization to be more suitable and closer to reality.
To ensure that after the organizational arrangement, the apparatus is put into effective operation, cadres and units need to urgently stabilize the organization, issue working regulations and work programs.
