Nam Dinh - To honor female union members, workers and laborers on Vietnamese Women's Day October 20, Nam Dinh Provincial Trade Unions at all levels organized diverse and exciting activities.

According to the Nam Dinh Provincial Federation of Labor, in order to show gratitude to female union members, workers, and laborers, for many months now, in addition to taking care of workers, the grassroots union has also organized a variety of cultural, artistic, and sports activities.

Recently, the Provincial Federation of Labor organized a cultural exchange program between the Women's Union Committees at the grassroots level in 2024. This is an activity to celebrate the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union (October 20, 1930 - October 20, 2024). With the theme of praising the homeland, the country, the Party, Uncle Ho, the working class and the Trade Union organization, the cultural exchange program attracted the participation of more than 100 contestants who are female workers, civil servants and laborers (CNVCLD) from 15 Women's Union Committees at the grassroots level.

Mr. Vu Quang Huy - Vice President of the Nam Dinh Provincial Federation of Labor - said that not only are female workers good at production, they also have a vibrant spirit of culture, arts and sports. The artistic performances participating in the program are very impressive and unique, with many rich and attractive genres such as: singing, dancing, group singing, duets, solo singing, performed with impressive performance styles.

The exchange program is a useful playground for female employees to participate and show their talents, passion, and promote their creativity in culture and arts. Through that, it contributes to improving the cultural and spiritual life of employees; enhancing exchanges, learning life experiences, and strengthening solidarity among employees in the whole province.

As one of the practical activities to respond to Vietnamese Women's Day October 20, the Trade Union of Agriculture and Rural Development of Nam Dinh province organized a celebration and club activities for Women in the industry with the theme "Taking care of women's health, balancing hormones, preserving family happiness".
