On March 31, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that Dien Chau Commune Trade Union had a working session with the Steering Committee for establishing grassroots trade unions at Minh Anh Company to prepare the necessary conditions for establishing grassroots trade union organizations at enterprises.
At the working session, representatives of Dien Chau Commune Trade Union exchanged and guided the Mobilization Committee on the process and procedures for establishing grassroots trade unions according to the provisions of the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union. At the same time, disseminating the rights and obligations of trade union members as well as the role of trade union organizations in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
Minh Anh Company is an enterprise operating in the field of electronic component manufacturing, currently with more than 250 employees working. The enterprise is located in Dien Chau commune. With a relatively large number of employees, the establishment of grassroots trade unions is considered necessary, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in the enterprise.
The establishment of grassroots trade unions at Minh Anh Company will contribute to improving the effectiveness of trade union activities at the grassroots level. Thereby, strengthening care for the material and spiritual life of employees, promoting the sustainable development of enterprises.
