On July 18, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that Thanh Vinh Ward Trade Union had just organized the first "Thanh Vinh Trade Union" running race in 2026 at Trung Long Park. Practical activities to celebrate the 97th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2026).
The race attracted nearly 200 athletes who are union members and workers from affiliated grassroots trade unions to compete. Athletes competed in a lively and exciting atmosphere, showing sportsmanship, will to overcome difficulties and determination to conquer the track.
Through the tournament, the organizers wish to spread the message "Healthy to work, healthy to contribute, healthy to build an increasingly strong Trade Union organization", and at the same time encourage union members and workers to maintain the habit of exercising and sports, improving health to successfully complete professional tasks.
The race is also an opportunity for officials, union members and workers of units to exchange, strengthen solidarity, and contribute to building a healthy cultural life in agencies and units.
The success of the first "Thanh Vinh Trade Union" running race in 2026 creates a premise for the locality to continue to maintain and develop the physical education and sports movement among union members and workers, contributing to building an increasingly strong Trade Union organization.
