On July 21, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation coordinated with the Trade Union of Luxshare-ICT Co., Ltd. (Nghe An) to organize the Forum "Listening to union members and workers speak", with the participation of more than 100 union members and workers.
Before the forum took place, the Trade Union organization surveyed and widely consulted to grasp the thoughts, aspirations, difficulties and proposals of workers. Through synthesis, 24 opinions and recommendations were recorded, focusing on employment, wages, welfare, social insurance, working conditions and care activities of the Trade Union.

At the forum, many workers wished businesses to continue to have solutions to stabilize jobs, ensure income and build appropriate remuneration policies for workers who have been attached for a long time.
According to workers, living expenses, housing and travel still create significant pressure. Therefore, workers propose that the province study opening more bus routes to serve industrial parks or have policies to support travel expenses.
The need for housing is also of concern to many people. Workers proposed developing more social housing, having policies to support rent and programs suitable for low-income workers, helping them stabilize their lives and feel secure in working for a long time.

In addition, many opinions suggested that businesses improve the quality of lunch meals; improve toilets, parking lots, working equipment and amenities in dormitories. Workers want the working environment to be safer, safer and more convenient.
Regarding the implementation of regimes and policies, workers proposed shortening the processing time of dossiers, strengthening guidance and information disclosure so that workers can easily access benefits related to social insurance, maternity, sickness and occupational accidents.
Workers also hope that the Trade Union organization will continue to innovate care activities; organize more cultural, artistic, sports, health check-ups and health consultation programs. Scholarship programs, gifts and activities for children of workers in difficult circumstances are also proposed to be expanded.

The recommendations at the forum were directly listened to, exchanged and answered by leaders of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation, functional agencies and business representatives.
After the dialogue, the parties signed a memorandum of commitment to implement the agreed contents, as a basis for monitoring and resolving legitimate recommendations of union members and workers.
On this occasion, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation presented 20 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances.
