On July 14, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that the unit and the Xieng Khouang Provincial Trade Union Union (Laos) had an exchange of trade union operating experiences at Luxshare-ICT Nghe An Co., Ltd.
Receiving and working with the working delegation, representatives of Luxshare Group briefly introduced the formation and development process of Luxshare Group and the operating situation of Luxshare-ICT Nghe An Co., Ltd.
Currently, Nghe An Luxshare-ICT Co., Ltd. has about 32,000 employees, which is the enterprise with the largest labor scale in Nghe An province. The enterprise has invested in a synchronous system of facilities and services to serve workers; built a modern working environment with cultural activity areas, playgrounds, and sports training areas, contributing to improving the material and spiritual life of workers.
At the working session, the two sides exchanged views on production and business situation; trade union activities in enterprises; the work of caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers. At the same time, delegates shared experiences in recruitment and human resource development to meet the requirements of expanding production of enterprises.
Representatives of the Xieng Khouang Provincial Trade Union Union thanked the solemn and thoughtful reception of Luxshare-ICT Nghe An Co., Ltd.; and highly appreciated the outstanding results of the enterprise in production and business and the concern for taking care of the lives and welfare of workers.
After the working session, the working delegation visited the factory, learned about the working environment, production lines and facilities serving workers at the enterprise.
The visit and experience exchange is an opportunity for the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation and the Xieng Khouang Provincial Trade Union Union to strengthen exchanges and share experiences in trade union activities, contributing to consolidating the friendly and cooperative relationship between trade union organizations of the two localities.
