Implementing Resolution No. 6b/NQ-TLD dated August 3, 2015 of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the Nghia Dan District Labor Federation has deployed, disseminated and trained the Resolution to raise awareness among comrades in the Executive Committee, Inspection Committee, and Chairmen of grassroots trade unions.
Thanks to that, the Inspection Committee of the Trade Union from the district to the grassroots level has done a good job of advising the Executive Committee to organize inspections and supervisions.
In the period of 2015-2024, the Inspection Committee of the District Labor Federation organized 242 financial inspections, inspected 230 inspections of compliance with the Trade Union Charter, on average each year inspected 26.3% of lower-level trade unions for finance, and 23.5% for compliance with the Trade Union Charter.
At the conference, delegates also spent time discussing and evaluating the activities of the district trade union organization in the first quarter and implementing the plan to organize "Workers' Month" in 2025.
In the first quarter, the District Labor Federation and grassroots unions spent nearly 5 billion VND to take care of Tet for union members and workers; directed the organization of democratic conferences and labor conferences in 2025.
Strengthen propaganda work, grasp the thoughts, aspirations, thoughts, and public opinion, especially union members and workers in the public administrative sector on issues related to the implementation of Resolution No. 18 on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently, and merge administrative units in 2025.
On this occasion, 2 individuals and 1 collective were awarded certificates of merit by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; 6 collectives and 11 individuals were awarded certificates of merit by the Provincial Labor Federation.
