Attending the program were Ms. Le Thi Bich Thuy - Deputy Head of the Inspection Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Nhi - Vice President of Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor; and leaders of Inspection Committees at all levels.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Duc Hung - Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor's Inspection Committee said that after receiving Resolution No. 6b of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on "Improving the quality and efficiency of the activities of the Trade Union Inspection Committee", the Inspection Committee has advised the Provincial Federation of Labor to issue Plan No. 36 dated October 19, 2015 on implementing Resolution 6b.
From there, 1,500 units will develop plans and organize conferences to disseminate Resolution 6b to more than 10,000 union members; 1,748 grassroots unions will develop plans to implement Resolution No. 6b; 1,777 grassroots unions will organize conferences to disseminate Resolution No. 6b with 38,770 participants.
In the period of 2015-2024, for financial inspections, the Provincial Federation of Labor's Inspection Committee organized 164 financial inspections at the lower level, with an average of more than 16/29 units inspected each year, reaching 55.17%; the Trade Union at the level directly above the facility inspected 3,948 facilities, with an average of 395/2,900 unit-level trade unions inspected each year.
Regarding inspection of compliance with the Charter, 99 inspections have been organized at the grassroots level, an average of more than 10/29 units are inspected each year; the Trade Union at the grassroots level directly inspected 3,935 facilities, an average of 394/2,900 units per year.
According to Mr. Nguyen Duc Hung, after 10 years of implementing Resolution 6b, the inspection, supervision and operation of trade union inspection committees in the province have achieved many remarkable results, completing and exceeding the targets set by the Resolution.
At the meeting, the working delegation of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor listened to the opinions and shares of the Grassroots Inspection Committee on the advantages and difficulties since the implementation of Resolution 6b.
Speaking at the meeting, Ms. Le Thi Bich Thuy - Deputy Head of the Inspection Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor thanked and acknowledged the responsible opinions of the Nghe An Provincial Inspection Committees at all levels.
Discussing and answering questions from the units, the Deputy Head of the Inspection Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor received the opinions and recommendations of the units to synthesize and submit to the Executive Committee of the General Confederation; at the same time, he requested the Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor to promptly complete the report on the implementation of Resolution 6b to send to the Inspection Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
