On August 18, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that the unit had just organized the regular Standing Committee Conference in August 2026. Comrade Kha Van Tam, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, chaired the conference.
At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation focused on giving opinions on the implementation of the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress, the Resolution of the 11th Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress and the Resolution of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress.
The conference also discussed the implementation of Directive No. 58-CT/TW and the digital transformation plan for 2026, along with key tasks in Trade Union activities in the coming time.
Delegates focused on exchanging and contributing opinions on goals, targets, tasks and implementation solutions; and at the same time proposed contents to innovate propaganda work, operating methods and improve the effectiveness of gathering and caring for union members and workers.
In which, digital transformation is identified as one of the contents that needs to be further promoted to improve the efficiency of management, administration and connection with union members and workers.
The opinions at the conference also focused on innovating the content and methods of Trade Union activities in a practical, grassroots-oriented direction, meeting the requirements in the new situation.
Through the conference, the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation continued to unify key tasks and solutions, contributing to improving the quality of Trade Union activities, and effectively performing the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
