On August 24, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that it had just organized a training class and professional development for the team of commune and ward trade union officials.
Speaking at the training class, Mr. Kha Van Tam, Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation, emphasized the requirement for grassroots Trade Union officials to proactively innovate thinking and operating methods; improve their capacity to grasp the situation, care for, represent and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
The Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation also requested Trade Union officials to proactively approach and apply digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI) to propaganda, management and organization of activities, thereby improving the effectiveness of task implementation in the new situation.
At the training class, Trade Union officials were updated and exchanged 3 key topics including: Collective labor agreement negotiation and organization of employee conferences; union member development, establishment of grassroots trade unions and new points of the 14th Trade Union Charter; application of digital technology and AI in propaganda and management work.
Thematic topics are conveyed in the direction of linking theory with practice, focusing on the issues that Trade Union officials often encounter in the process of operating at the grassroots level. Through this, officials have more knowledge and skills to handle situations, remove difficulties and improve the quality of Trade Union activities.
Through the training class, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation expects the team of commune and ward Trade Union officials to continue to innovate operating methods, improve the effectiveness of caring for, representing, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; and at the same time gradually build a strong Trade Union organization, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
