On July 27, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that the unit had just organized a Congress to establish the grassroots Trade Union of CC&WT Co., Ltd.
At the congress, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation announced the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of CC&WT Co., Ltd. with 187 union members. The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union including 5 members. Mr. Nguyen Huu Hung - Production Manager was trusted to be elected as Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union.
The establishment of the grassroots Trade Union of CC&WT Co., Ltd. contributes to expanding the Vietnam Trade Union organization in the business sector, creating conditions for workers to be cared for and protected for their legitimate and lawful rights and interests, and at the same time strengthening the building of harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations at enterprises.
The development of union members and the establishment of grassroots trade unions is one of the key tasks to expand the scope of activities of the Trade Union organization, improve the effectiveness of representing, caring for and accompanying employees in enterprises.
