In a joyful and excited atmosphere to celebrate the success of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress and the 97th Anniversary of the Founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2026), the Festival was organized with the participation of 51 teams from grassroots trade unions in communes and wards and grassroots trade unions in industrial parks.

The teams brought many unique art and dance performances, elaborately and professionally staged with content praising the glorious Party, beloved Uncle Ho, homeland, country; praising the working class and the Vietnam Trade Union organization; traditions and achievements of localities, sectors, agencies, units, and businesses.

The "Workers' Dance" Festival is a healthy and beneficial playground for each official, union member, and worker; creating conditions for officials, union members, and workers to have the opportunity to show their talents and promote the spirit of enthusiastic labor, study, and work.
Thereby, contributing to successfully completing the targets and tasks of localities, sectors, agencies, units, enterprises and the targets, goals, tasks, and solutions set out by the Trade Union Congresses at all levels.

As a result, the Organizing Committee awarded 6 A prizes, 11 B prizes, 34 C prizes and 9 sub-prizes to the most impressive and creative team, the team with the most beautiful costumes, and the graceful female union member in 3 areas with a total prize value of 140 million VND.
