Speaking at the opening of the training class, Mr. Dang Minh Tan, Vice Chairman of Duc Nhan Commune People's Committee, said that the Fourth Industrial Revolution is taking place strongly. In which artificial intelligence is one of the core technologies, deeply impacting all areas of socio-economic life.
For the public sector, AI contributes to improving management and administration efficiency, supporting administrative reform, improving the quality of service for people and businesses, and promoting digital transformation in agencies and units.
According to Mr. Dang Minh Tan, the organization of training classes is of practical significance in implementing the Party and State's policy on national digital transformation, building digital government and improving digital capacity for cadres, civil servants, and public employees.
The course aims to equip students with basic knowledge about artificial intelligence, update trends in AI application in work and guide skills in using AI tools effectively, safely, in accordance with regulations, and in accordance with practical requirements at the grassroots level.
During the training period, lecturers convey content from foundational knowledge to practice, helping students to apply AI to daily work such as drafting documents, summarizing reports, processing data, searching for information, building propaganda content, supporting administrative reform and other professional tasks.
The Organizing Committee also encourages trainees to promote the spirit of responsibility, fully participate in the program, actively exchange, discuss and share difficulties and obstacles in the working process to work with lecturers to find suitable solutions, thereby improving the effectiveness of AI application in practice.
The training class is expected to contribute to improving the capacity to apply artificial intelligence for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in Duc Nhan commune, meeting the requirements of innovating working methods, improving the operational efficiency of grassroots governments and promoting the digital transformation process in the locality.
