On January 25, the Quang Tri Provincial Labor Federation said that Cosevco 6 Joint Stock Company had just organized a conference to summarize production and business activities in 2025 and a conference of workers in 2026.
At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and evaluating the production and business situation of enterprises; trade union activities; the implementation of regimes and policies for workers, and at the same time proposed many solutions to improve income and stabilize employment in the coming time.
The conference recorded 45 opinions from workers on salaries, social insurance, emulation, commendation and labor use policies; of which 30 opinions were answered directly, and 15 opinions were received for consideration and handling.
The recommendations focus on adjusting salaries, increasing contract salaries, considering year-end bonuses, attracting highly skilled workers and expanding the market to stabilize jobs and improve income.
Speaking at the conference, leaders of Cosevco 6 Joint Stock Company acknowledged the sense of responsibility and frank and constructive opinions of employees.
Company leaders said they will continue to review and gradually remove difficulties, stabilize production, create sustainable jobs, improve the material and spiritual lives of workers, towards sustainable development of the enterprise.
